.. to gain progress

It takes continued Prayer, lots of Patience and willing People doing the Lords work ...

We have been blessed to have Jacob and Shannan Thiel, Faith Supported Construction Missionaries with Hard Hats for Christ, working on the project with us for the past three months.  Jacob has tiled the back wall of the kitchen while he waited for the lift to be rented to insulate and drywall the ceiling in the gym.  Shiloh Church uses the auditorium above the gym for their weekly services and raised the funds to rent the lifts.  Another lift and some expensive equipment was loaned to us by Harry Barnes. (You might remember that name from the Moreland Church project.) There are others that have helped, as well, but what I'm trying to say is that the Lord has sent people, funds and loaned equipment at the right time to get this part of the project completed.

Back in January ...one of the local blueberry farmers stopped in and wondered how he could help Mountain Ministries.  He had heard about the fire in December from the local newspaper. When he saw the small garden from last summer in the football field he wanted to know if they would like help growing plants and veggies... Yes, they were very much interested in his doing that... so he has generously donated the funds and materials to build 20 raised garden beds and the knowledge to get it going.  This is a huge blessing. The women are looking forward to planting, tending and harvesting it. 

Another blessing was to receive exercise equipment so that the women can build strength and self esteem.  This is again, an answer to prayer.
