Mountain Ministry - Women's Life Skills Center

We have arrived on our next Hard Hats for Christ project. We have the electric hook up to the motor home and truck camper figured out but are still working on the sewer connections.

As we left Fishermen's Bend late afternoon, last Saturday for the 3 hour drive to Rainier, a light mist began to hit the windshields and I realized that the wipers on the jeep were not working. Lou had a problem with the left tail light / turn signal and NO lights on the tool trailer. It only took 20 minutes to pull off the road and get the problems resolved. We were able to reach our destination just at dark without any further problems. (Our specific prayer request was for ALL the tires to stay up and stay round.) God is GOOD!

The Hard Hats for Christ home office sends out a weekly Prayer Request & Praise email to all the volunteers and this is what was included in it today:

Lou and Kathy Praise the Lord that they have arrived in Rainier and are getting set up. On the 8th they will be leaving to visit family and friends in Washington and attend a Mountain Ministries retreat in Montana. They even plan on seeing Cody and Crystal Swanson near Lewistown (also Hard Hats for Christ volunteers). Please pray for safety while traveling. They will get to go to Lame Deer, MT and are asking us to pray that some kind of accountability program can be established to help the people who have already gone through the Mountain Ministries drug program and encourage them to remain strong in their faith and their commitment to stay drug free. Their friends John and Ruth Bole will get to meet the people from Mountain Ministries, please pray that they will be able to work together with a united front along with Mountain Ministries and the church groups in Lame Deer.

Your prayers for this are greatly desired and appreciated!
